Does this include Perth? The speech is scheduled for 4pm, during Seven’s afternoon bulletin. Therefore it can have a normal schedule.

Nope they’re doing an extended bulletin.
Going to be interesting to see what will be on Perth’s extended bulletin at 7pm.
Probably extended coverage of the address? They’ll have reactions by then too.
Possibly a replay too if it’s only 10 mins.

H&A remains on 7.30pm tonight.
Would love if someone (smarter than me) could create a multi view of all the broadcasters broadcasting. So we can compare timing/delays/presentation style.
Do we know what radio stations are doing it? Thoughts on FM? KIIS? Triple M?

- Sky News coverage of the PM’s address will also be simulcast on FOX One, FOX8 and Arena
- 10 will air the PM’s address live at 7pm AEDT on 10, 10 Drama, 10 Comedy and Nickeleodeon, meaning Millionaire, Deal or 10 News+ will either be delayed or joined in progress depending on your time zone
It must be a pretty serious speech that it will be shown live on entertainment channels on FTA and Pay TV.

According to ABC’s schedule amendments the address runs for 3:45 min. Main channel and News Channel.
Seems like it will have only a small impact on schedules except for Seven.

It better be something substantial to warrant this sort of treatment, otherwise I think there’s going to be a lot of complaints about misusing a national address.
