Ink Master

Seems like Paramount+ is going to slowly become a real player in the streaming space. They are really leveraging their popular brands in a similar way to Disney+. I guess it’s easier to do that then to create new brands.

Wasn’t expecting Ink Master!

Looks like a good pipeline of content and 10 are very lucky to affiliated with all of this otherwise they would be up shit creek.

Pity the Australian platform hasn’t fixed its issues. It has great content.

That is a LOT of content for P+ after a slow-ish start. Good to see them expanding their depth of content that is available.

I can see why they’re leveraging existing brands considering those brands can reliable rein in viewers and Netflix and Stan seems to be the only ones who have had a lot of success with originals with Disney+, Amazon and now P+ being very reliant on their big brands and extending those along with rebooting classics.

Which has also been renewed for Season 2 ahead of the Season 1 premiere.

Actually, all of NuTrek has been officially renewed for their next season along (or in the case of Prodigy, an extended Season 1)

Step Inside The Star Trek Universe On Paramount+.

Star Trek: Discovery And Star Trek: Prodigy Now Streaming All-New Episodes. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Exclusively Landing Soon.

New missions. Iconic voyagers. Step inside the Star Trek Universe on Paramount+.

Paramount+, the streaming service from ViacomCBS, is the proud home of the Star Trek Universe which includes current and upcoming seasons of the original series Star Trek: Discovery , animated series Star Trek: Prodigy , and the upcoming and highly anticipated live-action series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds , which will stream exclusively on the service in the coming months.

In addition to the 700+ episodes from both the classic and new exclusive series, the Star Trek Universe on Paramount+ also includes a selection of Star Trek films.

Architect and Executive Producer, Star Trek franchise, Alex Kurtzman, said: “Four years ago, we made a promise to grow Star Trek into something it had never been before, and thanks to the incredibly hard work done by our many talented showrunners, writers, and directors, along with the extraordinary support of CBS Studios and Paramount+, we’re keeping our word.

“Now our current shows are set up for the future as we work to build Trek’s next phase of programming.”

Star Trek: Discovery

Star Trek: Discovery has been renewed for a fifth season and new episodes of season four are currently available to stream exclusively on Paramount+, with a new episode dropping every Friday.

Season four of Star Trek: Discovery finds Captain Burnham and the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery facing a threat unlike any they’ve ever encountered. With Federation and non-Federation worlds alike feeling the impact, they must confront the unknown and work together to ensure a hopeful future for all.

Star Trek: Prodigy

Season one of Star Trek: Prodigy returned to Paramount+ with new episodes on Friday, 11 February and the additional 10-episode-long second half of season one will be available to stream on Paramount+ later this year.

Developed by Emmy® Award winners Kevin and Dan Hageman ( Trollhunters and Ninjago ), the CG-animated series Star Trek: Prodigy is the first Star Trek series aimed at younger audiences, and follows a motley crew of young aliens who must figure out how to work together while navigating a greater galaxy, in search of a better future. These six young outcasts know nothing about the ship they have commandeered – a first in the history of the Star Trek franchise – but over the course of their adventures together, they will each be introduced to Starfleet and the ideals it represents.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will premiere exclusively on Paramount+ in the coming months.

Based on the years Captain Christopher Pike manned the helm of the U.S.S. Enterprise, the series will feature fan favourites from season two of Star Trek: Discovery: Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, Rebecca Romijn as Number One and Ethan Peck as Science Officer Spock. The series will follow Captain Pike, Science Officer Spock and Number One in the years before Captain Kirk boarded the U.S.S. Enterprise, as they explore new worlds around the galaxy.

No representation for Lower Decks I guess? :pensive:

Fans would’ve lost their minds if a flash of unseen Strange New Worlds footage was included. Regardless, the series is only 2.5 months away with no concrete promotional footage yet aside from the Star Trek Day behind-the-scenes preview 5 months ago.

Plenty of other Trek to carry on with before then.

And Lower Decks is still on Prime…

So much Star Trek crap….

The US will be getting new tiers that will offer Showtime integration.

There was a teaser of strange new worlds in the investor presentation where this was all announced. It was leaked on some trek fan sites and then paramount found out and had it all pulled and the trailer hasn’t shown up since.
