First responders spring into action when calls for help come in. Ben and Mim find a grandfather in agony with horrific burns after spilling a huge pot of boiling water over himself. Lisa’s first day back from maternity leave has her examining a tiny baby with a soaring heart rate and high temperature. As Sam and Chris treat a teen’s gruesome injuries after he attempted to jump a spiked fence, Bill treats a retired nurse in agony from tripping over while bringing in the garbage bins.

Tuesday 12 August 8:40PM

Every few minutes a call for help comes through to the paramedics. Aaron and Laura fear the worst as they rush to the teen victim of a frightening shark bite. Sam and Chris worry a woman’s next breath might be her last as she fights a chronic lung condition. Ben and Mim must tackle a footy player with a dislocated shoulder, and supermums Sally and Olivia race to a terrified one-year-old child who has crashed through a glass coffee table.

Tuesday 19 August 8:40PM

The clock is ticking as the paramedics rush to help people in crisis. A leaking oxygen bottle blows up in a man’s face, resulting in severe facial and airway burns. Nhi and Carlos fear he could stop breathing at any moment. A violent knife fight has Bill on high alert. Laura and Aaron work extra hard to win a young boy’s trust after a family holiday ends in disaster. And a toddler struggles to breathe after a dangerous allergic reaction.

Tuesday 26 August 8:40PM

Laura and Aaron desperately try to save a pedestrian run over by a car. Blood is pouring from the man’s head and the paramedics can’t stop it. Lisa is under pressure to save a young mother whose terrifying seizures are threatening to leave her with permanent brain damage. Nhi and Carlos have an entertaining ride to hospital with a young thrill seeker who’s crashed his bike.

Tuesday, September 2 at 8.40pm

Aaron and Laura rush to a heartbreaking emergency. A young mother with advanced cervical cancer has collapsed in front of her family and is bleeding heavily. A bizarre case for Lisa as she finds a hard-core chilli lover in excruciating pain. Bill races to help a brave Vietnam war veteran gasping for breath, and Carlos and Nhi are on high alert for a man with sudden chest pains.
