Graphics seem to be throwing a hissy fit. Some graphics were overlapping before all graphics (except flipper) were taken off screen.

Looks like 1News team are trying to take over. First sign was the graphics, now presenter changes and now 1News straps creaping in.

I really like that studio. I think they should do what ITV This Morning does, They have big screens with a live view of the town where its filme (I’m not sure where) The America’s Cup set would be great for Breakfast but not sure about it when its dark out

1 News have been using a lot of ‘explainer’ lower thirds recently in bulletins to indicate the subject being spoken about. Seems to be used during live crosses and the like.

If Team NZ wins one more race, guessing they might bring a special edition of continuous coverage.
