Round 21 NRL Saturday Night Footy joins Channel 9 and 9Now
Four games of NRL footy for free.
Channel 9HD and 9Now will up the ante on the run to the finals with Saturday Night Football Live and Free every week for the rest of the regular NRL season, beginning this Saturday from 7.00pm.
Getting into Saturday night footy fever ahead of the Sharks v Dragons local derby, Channel 9 commentator Brad Fittler says: “Four games of footy for free every week is a fantastic way of showcasing our game leading into the finals, and what better way to start than with a local derby.
“This is the best time of year as the intensity rises for all the teams chasing premiership glory.”
First up in a monster Round 21 of NRL on Nine, the resurgent Roosters resurgence will attempt to hit the Broncos for six at Sydney Cricket Ground on Thursday Night Footy.
On Friday Night Footy, old rivals, the Manly Sea Eagles and Parramatta Eels, will fight for a place in the finals. The Eels have lost star halfback Mitchell Moses to injury while the Sea Eagles get the chance to take their season off life support with the return of six players who controversially stood down last week.
Then, following the Sharks-Dragons clash on Saturday night, Nine caps off the round on Sunday Footy, where the Tigers will be out to continue their bid to finish a tumultuous season on a high, with in-form five eighth Adam Doueihi primed to pile on the points against the hapless Newcastle Knights.
100% Footy hosted by James Bracey with Phil Goud and Paul Gallen wraps up the week with all the biggest talking points in the game on Monday Night on Channel 9. Catch-up is available on 9Now or via podcast.

At the end of the season, does he favour rest or keeping up momentum? Those answers and plenty more are on the way, along with weigh-ins on David Klemmer and Pat Carrigan, plus a preview of Round 21.
