Annette Sharp wrote in her weekly column today that Sarah’s move to Nova 969 breakfast confirmed that the commercial television personality is dead.
I reckon the article title may need a rewording though.

Fitzy and Wippa did Drive for 8 months in 2011. Kate did Drive from 2014-2022.

She will as mentioned have news to read in the other markets and across shifts to cover like Perth breakfast given Ellie Petricivic was never replaced and the temp replacement contract ended, perhaps similar for Brisbane and Adelaide if they don’t have local readers.
Seems like Michelle and Heidi cover each other and they have 1-2 casuals for weekend news / backup (Eleanor Quirk, John Michael who always pops up around the networks etc)
And also writing the news. I’m fairly certain that Clint doesn’t write his own bulletins. There’s been times where he’s commented that “they” haven’t brought him his new yet. I’m sure it will be the same with Sarah. It’s just not possible to be present in the show while focusing on sourcing the writing the news bulletins.
