Just wondered where the new Ch 10 in HD had gone going to take a while to get used to Ten being WIN. Keep associating it with Nine.
May be just paying a little attention to it all, plus a TV that I’m flicking through on and retuning a few times

I take it the black screens are transmission cuts from the national play out centres in Canberra (SCA) & Ingleburn, Sydney (WIN)?
(i.e.) Because that LCN will no longer be needes respectively?
(e.g.) 9Life?
Is it automated or is someone up past midnight to make sure it goes through properly with the channel changes.

Well they should up the bit rate on all channels since they have many blanks and maybe HD all channels???
