Herald Sun reporting that Nine’s Sam Groth and Todd Woodbridge have both been diagnosed with coronavirus, meaning they won’t be able to commentate ATP coverage tomorrow, however Woodbridge should be available for tennis calling from January 5.

No sure this is the right thread, but Neroli Meadows tweeted last night that she would again host the world feed for Tennis Australia’s coverage of ATP Cup, Australian Open etc.

France has replaced Austria in Group B after Dominic Thiem’s withdrawal, and will face Australia on Thursday’s night session (live on 9Gem from 5.30pm AEDT).

Watching the ATP cup on Stan. Looks like they’re using a World Feed this year with no ad breaks during plays.

As to be expected (being subscription) I imagine? Also good to differentiate the coverage a bit, seeing as it’s all media rights across Nine broadcast, digital (bvod and online), print, etc

Coverage finished at 10.57pm aedt.
A commentator mentioned Australia is playing against Italy tomorrow at the end of tonight’s match as the doubles players were celebrating their win (voiceover). No cross to the studio to talk about todays matches or future matches; and there no usual graphics shown on what is coming ahead.

Yeah same thing when the afternoon ATP coverage ended earlier, I was expecting some graphics or other vision but it honestly sounded as if they were in a rush to end the coverage early…

Previously (2018-2021) they just used the long version of the generic 9 wwos coloured ones and music.
