ALL BLACKS TOUR OF SOUTH AFRICA SPARKS A NEW CHAPTER IN EPIC RIVALRY PLUS THE WALLABIES FACE JAPAN IN BACK-TO-BACK TESTS

Every Match. Live & Exclusive on Stan Sport.

The inaugural All Blacks Tour of South Africa is here, headlining a massive month of international rugby streaming live and exclusive on Stan Sport from Saturday 8 August, alongside the Wallabies’ two-Test clash against Japan.

During the full-scale tour between rugby giants, the All Blacks Tour of South Africa will see the No. 2 ranked All Blacks travel through South Africa to face domestic URC powerhouses before taking on the No. 1 ranked Springboks in a high-stakes four-test series, with the final match of the Test on neutral ground, in the United States.

Across the eight-matches, the All Blacks will face domestic teams Stormers, Sharks, Bulls and the Lions in preparation to go head to head with the Springboks in Johannesburg and Cape Town, before both teams depart for the final battle in the United States.

Presenting the All Blacks with the challenge of dethroning the world champions on competitor soil, the tour will set the stage for a blockbuster season of Test rugby, raising the stakes before New Zealand sets their sights to defend the Bledisloe Cup against the Wallabies on October 10 and 17.

International Rugby continues throughout August, as the Wallabies take on Japan in a two-Test series. The action kicks off this weekend in Osaka on Saturday 8 August, live and exclusive on Stan Sport from 7:30pm AEST. The two teams then depart for North Queensland for a Flight Centre Series clash in Townsville on August 15.

Marking a new chapter for the Wallabies with head coach Les Kiss, the team faces Japan under former Wallabies coach Eddie Jones. Kiss has named a 34-man squad, keeping Harry Wilson as captain and giving Queensland Reds centre Isaac Henry his first call-up.

Former Wallaby Morgan Turinui will provide expert insights live from Osaka. Host Michael Atkinson will be joined by former Wallabies Michael Hooper, Justin Harrison and Tim Horan, alongside commentator Andrew Swain to bring fans comprehensive coverage of the match.

Stan Sport is the only place to watch every match of the All Blacks Tour of South Africa, Super Rugby Pacific, Six Nations, World Rugby Sevens, The Flight Centre Series, Bledisloe Cup, Shute Shield, Hospital Challenge Cup plus every Wallabies and Wallaroos match and more.

Any reason why NZ is playing the Currie Cup teams, but it will feel like the old Super 12 when they play the Stormers, Lions, Sharks, Stormers and Bulls. (We should rename the Lions the Cats for old time’s sake.)
