I understand she is dealing with some pretty terrible stuff at the moment in her personal life and is taking time away from the camera to work through it. It’s not for the world to know. Using words like dumped and questioning her whereabouts every few weeks is a bit distasteful in my opinion.

She was dumped from Weekend Today. It is a question for Nine why they have treated so many of their staff, particularly on Today, like that.
I appreciate you saying that it was her choice to step back from her reduced role on daytime this year.

Nine’s report last night showed Lauren’s face being washed with water due to the tear gas.
Agree that they don’t need to be so close to the violence… Being another 100 metres further away would have been perfectly sufficient for reporting from the scene safely.
Or here’s a thought - there’s a camera person, a person with a microphone - don’t aim your weapon at them you friggin GI Joe wannabes
