That was years ago. Things change. People grow. If presented with the opportunity she might be in a better place in life to accept the role full time.

Not only exhausting but would be good to give someone else exposure instead of the same person being everywhere. Unless he is trying to flood the Melbourne market
Clint clearly has a very strong work ethic and passion for his line of work. Some people enjoy keeping busy and occupied for various reasons. Good on him I say.
And it all adds up to lots of leave in the long run
