Oh okā¦ I thought she was still off. Shame she doesnāt present the local afternoon news anymore.
Yeah, the afternoon news (Which is now āLive at 5ā) is now presented by Emmy Kubanski, as well as the 6pm News.

I think the reason Amelia has returned to presenting both bulletins from Tuesday - Thursday this week,is because Ben Fordham who has been has been regular presenter of Tuesday and Thursday Morning News is away his wife Jodie Speers is due to give birth to her second child soon,so he might be away for a few weeks.
But l do agree with you its good to see Amelia back reading both bulletins,l canāt stand watching Ben reading news.

I am yet to see Ben present a bulletin on TV yet ( have to wait during the two-three week period of Christmas where the local editions go on a break) but I now Amelia is a good newsreader. The rotating of presenters canāt be good for the bulletins though.
One would have to imagine that the daytime bulletins are generally a fairly low priority for Nine News at the moment, especially when theyāre busy gradually rolling out new look sets and graphics for the 6pm bulletins as well as the establishment of regional editions of Nine News (which will most likely include the new look in some form or another) in partnership with SCA from next yearā¦

I agree. TBH i like Amelia reading the national bulletins compared to Davina, Jayne, Ben & Peter. I do prefer her reading the Morning & Afternoon news then Nine News Now. Probably one of the most talented in Sydney!

Darren Curtis presented solo tonight on Nine News Queensland.
I thought it was odd that tonight on TCN News, Nine had a Victorian reporter (Mark Macgugan) up in Sydney covering the AFL, whilst Sydney reporter Dannika Mason was in Melbourne covering Storm vs Raiders.
Usually, Nine uses a local reporter in these scenarios.
Did GTV use the same reporters for each game?
