Those light boxes on the Brisbane set were turned off years ago

But why? It looks so dark everywhere but they would certainly help. Doesn’t help that the newer desks without the LED lights on the front leads to an even gloomier look.
Without love these sets can are poorly. Perth has the oldest and still nicest today. Sydney is okay given it was rebuilt during the move.
Just wish they’d launch this look 2.0, replacing the red behind the video wall with an LED bar and reworking the Duratan RHS to be more visually appealing. The curvier screen desk change seemed pointless

I suspect it won’t include anything in December, since Alicia and Tom went on their summer break two weeks ago. If it does, it might be safe predictable news (e.g. Australia win the Boxing Day Test), which can be edited out if need be.

A Christmas Affair should become a yearly tradition. Letting Mike Dalton present in ACA’s timeslot on Christmas Eve is one of those things which just makes sense.
