Wonder why they used black for the strap on the end of the title card when it doesn’t go with the package at all - as usual 9 Qld just do whatever they want.

While I’m not a fan of the tacky #1 medal graphic, the rest of the promo is quite good.
And it is quite an achievement to be able to promote the ratings win. A result of a lot of intense promotion and no doubt crunching the numbers on what promos and stories work in SEQ. Also a big turn around from last year when Seven won 30 weeks. Plus no more querying the tag line “Brisbane’s Number 1 Newsroom”.

South East Queenslanders (or at least those with OzTAM ratings boxes) really must love trashy consumer stories, because this is the same market where A Current Affair is pretty much still #1 every weeknight while ABC News at 7pm has been catching up to and sometimes beating Tracy Grimshaw in Sydney & Melbourne.
