According to Saturday Confidential in today’s Daily Telegraph, Paterson was in a brief relationship with Nine’s news chief Darren Wick when she was working with the network. The rest of the DT article is similar to the one in The Courier-Mail.

The Pacific Championship final looks to be going to provide a great lead in to Sydney/Melbourne news. At 5:57 there are 3 minutes to go with even a potential draw at full time (don’t think Nine would like that).
Edit - won’t be a draw but will run past 6pm
Advised to switch to 9Gem though that hasn’t happened.

Doubt they would get it since Brisbane hasn’t got it either.

Pete Overton throwing to the break and trying to pronounce “açai” was just hilarious. Referred to it as Asahi the Japanese beer and said “I buy heaps of the other stuff for my teenage daughters”.
