Nine Network - Programs and Schedules

It’s already beating them without problems (in the key demos)! 10 are very much a genuine threat. On the off chance BB does rate well (which I’m in the camp predicting it won’t) that’ll just add more pain.

I guess we’re seeing coronavirus’ impact on TV in full flight now.

Actually Nine’s lineup is better. LSB can be shunted to GO!.

I love K&K but times must be tough at Nine if they have to reheat old ABC titles for main channel/prime time…

But anything on 9 rates atm so it’ll probably do okay.

How many times do we need to see this?
I love Queen but this is overkill.

Strange to see Territory Cops in Nine’s schedule for AFL states.

Interesting indeed, I wonder if they’ve picked up both seasons or just S1 that aired on Foxtel? More interesting if they got S2 also which aired on 10.

As you mentioned last year, Nine still seem unable to program well for non-NRL broadcast markets. I’m sure “Territory Cops” repeats, “Escape to the Chateau”, an umpteenth re-run of “Fockers”, some movie called “Baby Mama” and attempting to find an audience for dusted off “Accidental Heroes” is going to do huge business in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night!

I don’t think “encores” is the right term here. Season 1 first aired in 2002.

Is this from the Foxtel series or the 10 series?

Agatha Raisin is now on 9GEM, i thought the ABC is showing this.

It must be old episodes of the show.

They had been running promos for the last few weeks saying coming soon. You would think older episodes.

Schedule Update (essentially Tuesday and Wednesday line-ups swapped)

Melbourne

12:05 am Chicago Med S04 E19

On Wed, not sure why they don’t air the late news after FC in VIC then swap ChicMed with New Ams repeat on the Tue.

Nine must feel Kath & Kim & classic Aussie comedy movies have a better shot against America’s Got Talent and away from BB

With the factual now going against BB (are they first run?)

I think it’s a move that will see minimal success, maybe yes a little bit of share back to Nine on both nights with ~50k to 100k (at best) increases for the respective shows?

So from next Wednesdays will be AGT VS Kath and Kim VS Bondi Rescue.

Paramedics and Botched are first run episodes. RBT is a double ep repeat.
