Real Estate Dreams Come To Life in Domain’s New TV series Open for Inspection

(L-R) Open for Inspection hosts Drive’s Jessica Lydka-Morris and Domain’s Alice Stolz

Domain is bringing Australians closer to the homes they love with the launch of Open for Inspection , a brand-new national property TV series debuting on Channel Nine and 9Now this autumn.

Designed to fuel Australia’s passion for property, the series takes viewers inside on and off-market listings across the country, as well as showcasing real homes, design inspiration, and property trends. Whether Australians are dreaming, browsing or preparing for their next chapter, Open for Inspection offers a fresh way to explore the market beyond the listing page.

Co-hosted by Domain’s National Property Editor Alice Stolz and Drive TV’s Jessica Lydka-Morris , the show uncovers stunning spaces and standout homes, from budget-friendly retro renovations and beachside escapes to architectural gems and character-filled family favourites. Each episode blends lifestyle inspiration with valuable market context, led by Domain’s trusted team of property experts.

Across the season, viewers can expect:

  • Standout homes currently listed for sale on Domain
  • Expert commentary and market insights from Domain’s team of property reporters
  • A dose of lifestyle escapism , with tours through some of Australia’s most fascinating and unique properties

Open for Inspection takes Australians beyond the photos and into the heart of what makes a home truly special,” said Domain’s National Property Editor, Alice Stolz . “Every property has a story, and this series gives viewers a front-row seat to the emotions, decisions and surprises that shape the buying and selling journey”.

Alice adds that the series also presents exceptional opportunities for agents and sellers:

“By showcasing listings in beautifully produced national TV segments, we’re giving agents a premium new way to elevate their campaigns, reach wider audiences and deliver even greater impact for their vendors.”

The launch of Open for Inspection will be supported by an integrated marketing campaign across digital and social channels, designed to drive engagement and help connect Australians with the country’s most compelling on and off-market properties.

Agents can also explore a range of packages designed to maximise the visibility and commercial opportunity offered by the new format.

Open for Inspection screens Saturdays at 12:00pm on Channel 9 and 9Now, from 7 March.

If it’s not been spelled out before, it is now. Paralympics will receive no linear coverage other than ceremonies.

Paralympics begin on March 6 with opening / closing ceremonies and daily highlights on Nine and full coverage on 9Now and Stan Sport.

Your quote says there will be a daily highlights package which contradicts your statement.

I was referring to the coverage of events in full. Daily highlights show doesn’t cut it.

That’s the point of Stan though. A taste through free mediums and pay if you want extensive coverage.

UKTV first revealed the Falconio murder documentary at the end of January, before Nine came on board.
