Perhaps they can’t use the term “MTV on 10” due to exclusivity with cable channels or not wanting to remove the income they get from the license fee of having MTV available via subscription TV - using the content and a name unrelated to MTV etc could be a bit of a loop hole? - all assumptions of course.

It seems 10 have have settled on 10 Shake for the new channel, the domain has recently been registered (01/07) however 10 Jamm has not as yet.

Unfortunately, they would need to add little asterisks at the bottom with the current social distancing restrictions unless each state has their own feed.
e.g.
My milkshake brings some socially distanced boys to the yard
- Currently limited to 5 boys in Victoria.
- Currently limited to 20 boys in Tasmania (not including existing yard residents) etc…
