Wonderful news.
Nga Taonga hopes to make most of the entire archive available online, once each story has been through a rights clearance process.
This is excellent. The University of Auckland has a brilliant archive of virtually all NZ broadcasts from the past ~30 years. Sadly (but understandably!) it’s only available to staff and students. Will be fantastic if Nga Taonga makes the archives public.

Newshub’s studios are now on the market.
It’s been a year since Newshub announced it would close.
With all the other news threads being archived, i think it might be time we farewell NH for one last time and lock the thread.
And any further comments can be made to the “ThreeNews” or “New Zealand TV” thread.

I am happy to leave open for the time being - there’s still a few elements of sales and movements of staff but will consider it at some point.
