Since the axing of Newshub’s 8pm bulletin (on eden) and the departure of Ingrid Hipkiss, Rebecca Wright has recently taken over as anchor of Newshub Late.
I have a question for you to ask. Because Newshub Nation goes live to air on Saturday mornings (at 9.30am), who is going to anchor the Friday edition of Newshub Late?
Back in 1988, TVNZ had Lindsay Perigo fronting EyeWitness News from Monday to Thursday with Rob Neale taking over on Fridays, according to the NZ Listener. This was due to the fact that he had also fronted TVNZ’s weekly current affairs programme, Frontline, on Sunday nights.
Have seen Janika ter Ellen presenting recently, and Amanda Gillies.

I suspect -given the employment case she had - until there’s a change in management those bridges have been seriously burnt. But it’s media; so who knows.
I highly doubt it, plus she moved on, same with Duncan, they will most likely end up at Stuff or NZHerald imo, or newsroom
Kate Rodger filling in for Jesse on The Project for the last couple of nights. I have to say I really enjoy Kate on The Project, definitely a good fill in and 4th panelist.

Similar garish colour-scheme as +HR=E/eden… makes me wonder if whoever’s signing these things off is colour-blind? Either that or their screen needs recalibrating.
