I think as Mel has finished up, Ingrid really is the main senior fill in now that, Mel, Sacha, Susie have all gone or moved onto other things

They really are going to need to use and develop more of their staff in to fill in and back up presenters.
Narelle Sindos for a start is a nice fresh face for reading sport, and Heather (I think thats her name) as backup weather presenter is superb as well. Be nice to see Oriini start to fill in on the newshour, same with Janika on the news hour.

She was Sacha’s maternity fill-in on the old Sunrise programme, and replaced Hilary Barry on The Paul Henry Show.

Both programmes are no longer. She also filled in a lot on nightline back in the day, which also is no longer.

Pretty meticulous, lack of screen glare and brightness on the ‘screen’ for sport are probably the most obvious giveaways… love the attention to detail though, most viewers probably wouldn’t notice.

I noticed Mitch McCann said on IG that he was signing out for 2021 so I imagine her and Tom McRae will be doing the heavy lifting over this period.
