That was strange. I thought for a moment that it was a technical error, like they’d cut to the next show too early.

One of the other cuts that WBD have made in NZ are the channel playout operations, no longer coming out of Flower St. Not sure where its being done now, some WBD hub offshore no doubt.

Local playout ended overnight Thursday, this could possibly explain the abrupt ending on Friday.
