They’ve done News Breakfast followed by the news channel from the same studio on various occasions before, as well as every weekend with Weekend Breakfast followed by the news channel.

These new ones were done by lightwell as were the last and all state backdrops. I think the issue is the quality of the screens, they may be dying?

You’re right, it’s probably down to old tech and the built form of the Melbourne set making it look worse. Nevertheless, the all blue sky is bad, the sunrise effect was much nicer.
