This year our judges, Andy Allen, Sofia Levin, Poh Ling Yeow and Jean-Christophe Novelli welcome back 24 contestants ranging from Season 1 all the way to Season 16.
Some have come back to settle a score, some to prove how much they’ve grown since their original season, and all of them are competing for another shot at $250,000 and the glory of being crowned Australia’s next MasterChef.

Season 17 of MasterChef Australia will welcome back 24 familiar faces through its hallowed doors. Taskmaster Australia season 3 premieres on TVNZ 2 next Wednesday (May 7) at 9.45pm, following the new season launch of the original UK version at 8.45pm.
Taskmaster Australia season 3 first aired in Australia from September last year.
Competing for Tom Gleeson’s cranium in gold trophy form and stepping into his “house of fun”, is none other than Aaron Chen, Concetta Caristo, Mel Buttle, Pete Helliar and Rhys Nicholson. But in Tom’s house, it’s Tom’s rules… which means anything can happen. Will our new comedy legends play by the rules and be up to the task ?
From epic winks, flying discs and puzzles with cumbersome costumes, our unforgiving Taskmaster has a whole new bag of random, ridiculous and rambunctious tricks up his sleeve to test the wits of our season three line-up.
