Season 14 of My Kitchen Rules Australia starts on TVNZ 2 this Sunday (October 20) at 7pm, continuing Mondays and Tuesdays at 7.30pm.
Nine teams will compete during this season for a chance to win A$100,000. Six teams cook in the first round of instant restaurants before the bottom two teams are eliminated and the top scoring team sent to the third round at Kitchen HQ in Sydney. The remaining three teams are then joined by another three teams (gatecrashers) for the second round of instant restaurants, the team with the lowest score at the end of this round will be eliminated. The other five teams then proceed to Kitchen HQ for the next round.
