My Kitchen Rules Australia returns to New Zealand next week, with the latest season to air on TVNZ2 at 7.30pm Mondays to Wednesdays from November 7. The big selling point was Nigella Lawson as a guest judge at the first instant restaurant round alongside Manu Feildel (Matt Preston was the guest judge in the second instant restaurant round).

Channel Seven announced at its recent upfronts that MKR would return in 2023.
The TVNZ2 broadcast of MKR will be followed by the new season premiere of Ambulance Australia at 9.15pm (it will air on Monday and Tuesday nights).
