Just celebrated Radio 1XX’s 50th birthday by heading over to the Whakatane based radio station’s Open Day. Its first broadcast was on 30 July 1971.

Just recently, Mark Perry replaced John Sweetman as the corporate voice of the Magic radio network.
Are you sure? the magic Talk voice sounds much younger…
Edit, oh i see, Magic Music has 3 corporate voices. John Sweetman at times as he hasn’t been completely wiped from the system, Mark Perry and the younger Magic Talk voice. What a cluster! lol

@OnAir Although SENZ’s weekday programming had been confirmed, the rest of the week (aside from Saturdays where racing is featured) is yet to be announced.
