New Zealand Radio

PJ’s partner is in the Wairarapa. So maybe Polly & Grant Kereama 2.0? :joy::joy:

But seriously she’s moving back to NZ for partner who lives on a farm, so I think an Auckland radio job would make the move back redundant

Steve and PJ on The Breeze (Wellington)

The Edge need a revamp. It’s not as modern as it was once. They’re edging (no pun intended) on when Polly and Grant were the ZM breakfast and everything just felt stuck in time.

Something like Marty, Steph and PJ would sound a lot fresher

Oh yes definitely. Marty and Steph will always be my favourite edge duo. Apart from fletch and Vaughan obviously.

wow just wow

Wow

They said it was an on air team member. Who is away?

Let’s not speculate. There’s a reason the likes of Stuff have not named him/them. The same reason I don’t want to incur any legal bills for @bacco007

sometimes i have the radio on and have to think what of those stations are on as
i flick bewteen the 2 the only problem is gold reception here in chch is a bit patchy so have to listen via the app

Gold’s always going to come off second best against the sound, which is a shame as it has a better playlist.

However The Sound has the benefit of being broadcast on full power FM frequencies across major markets whereas Gold is not.

An on-air host has now resigned at Mediaworks.

Everything seems to have lined up now.

Does the use of a photo of the More FM CHCH studios have anything to do with this…? Hmmmm MediaWorks staffers stood down ahead of investigation into allegations of sexual harassment - NZ Herald
