Peter Daikin hosting weekend afternoons on Gold in addition to his other gig hosting weekend mornings on The Hits.
Heard a bit of The Breeze (Canterbury) this afternoon and it was Robert Scott on instead of the usual local announcer. Another cut possibly? Does Robert Scott voice track on weekends usually as well?

Iāve heard Lauren Mabbett on C105.7 in christchurch now thatās a station thatās got a great format but has been constantly Suggested that C105.7 will become Coast ā¦
Why have NZME gone to the trouble to do amazing sweepers, imaging, etc to later just put coast in its place doesnāt make sense

would have thought gold would have done a website to match their other stable of nzme stations
my understanding is it is on the way, but resourcing is scarce given redundancies across the business plus the final station line-up - apart from Breakfast and Nights - actually isnāt set in stone (despite the station having got underway).
Do you know if Mel Homer has been let go from NZME or will she be back on another station?
