The lower-third on Studio 10 says that at 11:16am , they are discussing the Changes at Ch10 (they are calling it the “biggest change in Television in 27 years”)
So I am guessing that is the time which everyone here is counting down to.

1991 relaunch with the soon-to-be-old logo which lasted 27 years. All good things must come to an end. The logo has been tweaked several times with the most recent being in 2013.

I’m lucky enough to see 10TV Columbus quite a bit and I can tell you, Jerry and the rest of their news team are excellent and their news graphics are understated, clean, fresh and to the point. If 10 here does that, then they’ll be on the right track.
