Does anyone know how long the rights for Big Bang Theory (up to s10 on Netflix Australia) would be held for before Netflix can show them here, would it be the usual standard 12 months from when they aired on tv ?
There are just 6 episodes on 9Now so they don’t seem to retain the episodes for ages on 9now like I think they used to ?

What did others think of the finale of orange is the new black? I was a little underwhelmed. Thought they could have explored the endings better.
The series ended up having many of the same problems that Jenji Kohan’s last big series (Weeds) did in its later seasons.
I haven’t watched Season 7 of OITNB yet but yes the latter seasons have definitely followed trend with Weeds.
Jenji Kohan is a great talent but the shows drag too far past their best before dates.

Yeah and it has been renewed already for another season but Season 4 will be its last .
The movie will get a limited cinematic release in the US in September before it’s available on Netflix.
What’s with Netflix cancelling shows at 1 or 2 seasons lately?
lots of articles on the topic. Mostly dealing with whether shows hold their audience from ep to ep (binging) how quickly it’s consumed (in a short period, again binging). Plus they’ve found the first season or two helps get new subscribers interested or retaining subscribers but further seasons have less effect.
