I saw a new Central Coast reporter tonight… Montanna Clare…. She was good… They’ve spelt her name wrong below though.

Jake Goward filed 2 reports from State Of Origin last night … one was on a Cessnock kids team playing before the mens, the other was on Bradman Best’s debut ….
It was a long report, so there wasn’t any real coverage on the game itself at all in the bulletin.

You can see Lismore and the Gold Coast showing the same vision in the local window at the very top of the screen.

You can also see the footage from the sky cam in Sydney that’s used on the Sydney news. I found that a bit odd.

They would have a whole bunch of permanent video feeds from Sydney for bringing in live crosses or live video for breaking news. You can see the animated 9 test pattern on some feeds. They have probably put the skycam on there for something different.
But that can be switched to anything else in a second when needed

NBN News went to air at 6pm tonight, then the screen went black, so they switched to Peter Overton…
Halfway through the first story they cut back to NBN.
But the picture has dropped off and gone black a few times
