Likewise, Regardâs 2019 remix of âRide Itâ features Jay Seanâs original vocals, though lower-pitched, to give the effect of it being a Regard song rather than a Jay Sean song (if that makes sense).
I also think his remix of âSay My Nameâ (which also features Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike) also lowers the pitch of the original Destinyâs Child vocals.
Former member of Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello, has announced she will be visiting Australia this August!

ARIA Charts Update for week starting 31/3/2025
Singles
- âOrdinaryâ by Alex Warren is the new number one single, with last weekâs chart-topper âAnxietyâ by Doechii dropping to number three. He has another entry in the charts, with âBurning Downâ at number 47.
Albums
- âShort n Sweetâ by Sabrina Carpenter is back at number one, with Playboy Cartiâs âMusicâ dropping to number seven.
Ed Sheeran released a new song called Azizam this morning. It was played on Melbourne FM radio in a 10-minute period after 8.10am, first on Fox (which actually debuted the song at 6.10am), then KIIS, then Nova.
Miley Cyrus has also dropped a new song titled âEnd of the Worldâ, while DJO has also dropped a new album titled âThe Cruxâ.
Two songs on that album, âDelete Yaâ and âBasic Being Basicâ, have charted in New Zealand.
The third show is at Sydneyâs Accor Stadium on December 12. Ticketek is the ticket agency for the Sydney concert.
According to Billboard:
Starting April 14, presale tickets will become available for Mastercard holders at 10 a.m. local time in Melbourne, 11 a.m. local time in Sydney and noon local time in Brisbane, with the official presale ending April 16. Customers of Vodafone will also have access to a special presale starting at the same local times on April 14.
Gaga fans in Perth and Adelaide are not happy that their cities miss out.

I mean in all seriousness this is what were sending Women into space in⊠Cmon now!
Interesting that Ed Sheerenâs single Azizam only peaked at 20 and is at 50 after three weeks. In the UK itâs at 3 after three weeks. In the US it debuted at only 28 and dropped to 39.
Meanwhile we still have so many old tracks on the ARIA chart every week: Dreams - Fleetwood Mac, Iris - Goo Goo Dolls, Mr Brightside - The Killers, Riptide - Vance Joy. Also, there are others with 113, 86, 70, 66, 56, 54, 53, 52, 52 weeks on the chart.
Why are the Australian charts so bad?
I will always maintain my opinion that this song would not have received a second life in the charts had Richmond not won the 2017 AFL Grand Final (after which Jack Riewoldt famously sung the song with Brandon Flowers during the post-game entertainment).
There are also times when a big-name artistâs older music will suddenly reappear on the charts when they tour Australia, as is recent cases with Coldplay and Dua Lipa. In the latterâs case, each of her three albums re-entered the top-50 albums chart when she was here last month for her Radical Optimism tour.
Same goes when an artist passes away; I can recall plenty of Michael Jacksonâs older songs re-entering the charts in Australia a week or two after he died in 2009.

ARIA Charts Update for 5/5/2025
- on the Singles chart, Lordeâs comeback hit âWhat Was Thatâ has debuted at number nine.
The NSW Government will trial âMichaelâs Ruleâ for two years starting from today (May 5). The government plans to reduce venue hiring fees at several major venues (including Accor Stadium, CommBank Stadium, McDonald Jones Stadium, Newcastle Entertainment Centre, Sydney Cricket Ground, WIN Stadium and Entertainment Centre, and the Sydney Opera House) as long as shows at these venues choose at least one local act to perform.
To be eligible, the Aussie artist must be officially announced as the headlinerâs support act and appear on the same stage as the international act.
