Glenn & Mick’s Celebrity Intervention premiered on Seven last night getting off to good start with 790k. That compared to Idol that had been over 800k for the last six Mondays. It saw the program rank third in the timeslot. The result helped Seven to its second win of the week.

The number one show at 7.30pm was The Floor’s second episode of the season that had 975k on Nine, on par with Sunday’s premiere episode that had 979k. It compared to the equivalent episode of the inaugural season that had 1.144m.

The second episode of MasterChef’s new season had 660k on 10, compared to Sunday’s 722k for the launch and 602k for episode two of last season. At 8pm ABC had Australia Story that was up 100k to 786k.

On Seven, 9-1-1 went to air earlier than recent weeks managing 434k compared to 348k last week. For Nine, NRL states that got 100% Footy with 215k while AFL markets had Footy Classified with 233k.

A Gogglebox Australia Encore on 10 then had 315 k almost double to last week’s 167k.

ABC’s factual line up saw Four Corners again doing well with 747k up +200k while Media Watch had 688k. Later, Planet America had 626k up from last week’s 590k.

Seven News with 1.539m won at 6pm from Nine News with 1.41m. Earlier, Tipping Point was above 800k for the second consecutive week for a win at 5pm; the margin to The Chase was 100k.

A Current Affair with 1.128m was the number one 7pm show ahead of ABC News with 1.063m followed by Home and Away with another good start for the week with just over one million.

Sunrise again couldn’t be beaten at breakfast with 426k. Today edged higher to 323k with News Breakfast broadcast from Ballarat on 262k.

A great result for at The Floor. Not a bad premiere number for Glenn & Mick. While Masterchef is lagging behind Seven and Nine, it is still way ahead of Survivor’s numbers.

THE FLOOR WINS MONDAY 7.30PM TIMESLOT; 9NEWS NO.1 BULLETIN ACROSS 5 CITY METRO

The Floor won the 7.30pm timeslot with Total People and all key demos across Australia. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.949 million and a Total TV National Audience of 975,000. On 9Now, The Floor recorded a BVOD audience of 176,000, up 67.6% year-on-year.
9News was the No.1 news bulletin with Total People and all key demos across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It was also the No. 1 news bulletin with P25-54 and P16-39 in Adelaide. The combined national bulletins registered a National Total TV Reach of 2.235 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.410 million (up 1.3% year-on-year). On 9Now, it secured a BVOD Audience of 236,000 – up 107% year-on-year.
A Current Affair won the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People and all key demos across Australia. It claimed a National Total TV Reach of 1.720 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.128 million (up 21.3% year-on-year). It recorded a BVOD audience of 183,000 – up a massive 137.7% year-on-year.
Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show with Total People and all key demos across Australia. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.569 million and a Total TV National Audience of 818,000 (up 33.2% year-on-year). On 9Now, it recorded the highest rating episode in the formats history, with a BVOD Audience of 133,000 – up 166% on the same afternoon last year.
100% Footy was the No.1 rating NRL program on Monday night, with a National Total TV Reach of 675,000 and a Total TV Average Audience of 215,000. It also secured a BVOD audience of 41,000 viewers.
Footy Classified - Monday was the No.1 AFL program on Monday night. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 665,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 233,000. On 9Now it recorded a BVOD Audience of 29,000.
Today won the breakfast timeslot with Total People in Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 809,000 and a Total TV National audience of 323,000. It also recorded a BVOD audience of 62,000 – up 100% year-on-year.
The 9Network was the No.1 network on Monday across the 5 City Metro with Total People and all key demos.

Nine won Sydney and Brisbane but was third in Perth.

Seven won the other martes but was third in Sydney.

Nine News was again ahead along the east coast and the metro market overall.

The Chase had a marrow win in Perth but elsewhere Tipping Point was well ahead.

News Breakfast live from Ballarat won in Melbourne.

The Floor was a winner in 4 and Celebrity Intervention won in Perth and with disparate viewing preferences across the country MasterChef was second in 3 markets.
