He must have broken it last year given he hits 9 years this year and it’s 10 overall once you add in his stint hosting for the year 2000. Stuar Littlemore hosted for 8 years and Barry past that in 2021.

No explanation at the beginning of the show as to why Andy Park was presenting. “Hi I’m Andy Park and welcome to Media Watch” but ended the show “Janine Perrett should be here next week after a bout of COVID.”

I reckon they should bring Jordan ‘Friendlyjordies’ Shanks on to guest host an episode - would certainly a) get some extra publicity and b) ruffle more than a few feathers.

Janine strikes the perfect balance between satire, serious and pisstake, whilst Paul’s style is far more serious (though he does let loose on Media Bites).
