ARIA award-winning singer Zulya Kamalova has died after a battle with cancer. Kamalova, who was born in Russia but moved to Melbourne in 1991, won an ARIA Award for Best World Music Album in 2007 for her LP 3 Nights.


British DJ and music producer Danny Stubbs has died at 40. His works featured regularly on BBC Radio.

The 35-year-old announced the news to the public for the first time while on stage during a concert at Crown Melbourne.

“To my family, this is like a surprise and also they’ve been waiting,” she said speaking about the pregnancy.

“But I’m like ‘when I’m ready when it happens and it will be a blessing’ and it really does feel like that.”

As mentioned in the KIIS network thread, Kyle and Jackie O Show newsreader Brooklyn Ross married his boyfriend Damien Dirienzo in Las Vegas on Sunday US time. It was broadcast live on air on Monday morning in Australia.

Apart from her family of course, thinking of Dame Judi Dench. She’ll be devastated, as are we all. RIP the one and only Maggie Smith :cry:

It’s interesting to see the variety of headline images that have been used for the passing of Dame Maggie Smith. There are so manu iconic ones it must be a difficult decision.
