MasterChef Australia

you asked a question if Ben is still on the show, and I answered

But do you know why I asked that / was suprised?

Well why did you think he wouldn’t be? He wasn’t the only one missing from the gantry last week. Didn’t mean he was gone yet.

Why bother having round 1 when ten have already who is in the bottom 5. Might as well skip that. Their nightly promotion pretty much always gives the game away.

There could be another report from tonight’s show. Hayden’s black apron somehow kept turning itself inside out and back the right way within his recaps

Actually not all of the five promoted contestants were in the bottom. Khanh and Brendan are in the bottom five with Dani, Hayden and Callum. Poh and Reynold are safe.

Oh right I mustn’t have seen the ad properly.

And oh god Dani leaves holding an immunity pin. Bad decision making.

With tears flowing :no_mouth:

So sad to see Dani go :frowning:

Though have to say she did put up a good fight. It’s just that the competition this year is so intense, even the slightest mistakes can cost one’s position.

Personally am glad that Poh and Reynold are safe.

Dani became the second contestant in MasterChef Australia history to be eliminated while still holding an immunity pin*. She made the right decision to cook, it’s just that her dishes were not up to the usual standards.
*Loki Madireddi in season 10 was the first.

This week’s challenges were filmed in suburban Melbourne. First up, Monday’s team challenge took place at Thai Ute restaurant in Ringwood East, in the city’s outer east, on February 18.

It mustn’t have been the right decision to cook if it got her eliminated.

Dani hasn’t done very well since that first dish when she won the immunity. She should have played it last night.

The judges are just so much more humble than Matt, George and Gary. I really didn’t think they would fit in some seamlessly but they just seem made for this show.

Absolutely. They’re fantastic. I prefer them 1000 times more than Matt, Gary and George. The show could easily go for another 10 years with these guys.

It’s funny. I thought she would be the weak link when they were announced. How wrong was I!

I was surprised that it was included in tonight’s episode. The person who booked for a table would not have realised it was Melissa on the phone.
