THE RIVALRY RETURNS!

LOVE IT OR LIST IT AUSTRALIA

PREMIERES WEDNESDAY 1 OCTOBER 2025

Foxtel today announced the highly anticipated return of the popular lifestyle series and Foxtel Original, Love It Or List It Australia, premieres Wednesday 1 October with episodes dropping weekly. Back for their sixth epic season, agent maestro Andrew Winter and design maven Neale Whitaker make their pitch to Aussie homeowners stuck in a real estate deadlock to renovate or relocate.

Ten new families, ten new dilemmas, ranging from a beach shack on the Gold Coast, to a multi-level pad in a Sydney glamour suburb.

This season sees Neale’s ‘Team Love It’ breathing new life into a 120-year-old terrace, creating a sanctuary for Queensland Paramedics, and making one of the most dysfuncitonal properties liveable again.

‘Team List It’, under Andrew’s expert guidance, takes on the competitive Northern NSW property market, hunts down a character replacement in one of the hottest markets in the country, Adelaide, and tries to tempt a sporty family into country living with their very own hobby farm.

With the competition between our expert hosts hotting up, we’ll also reveal the biggest jump in post-reno value that Love It Or List It has ever seen, but will the owners decide to love or list?

The show’s hallmark combination of warmth, wit, and rivalry is still very much present and in a season of surprises and competitive incentives, the competition is taken up a notch when Neale stuns Andrew by calling on Dennis Scott Selling Houses Australia’s Landscape Expert, to tackle an exterior design challenge in one very special epsiode.

Andrew Winter said: “The rivalry between ‘Team Love It” and ‘Team List It’ is as intense as ever! Neale’s highly competitive and has resorted to what I would call ‘cheating’ this season, bringing in so called friends and doing whatever it takes to try and secure a win. Plus ‘Team List It’ is battling with one of the toughest Australian buying markets in years. With so few homes for sale to tempt my team. It’s a tough sell.”

Neale Whitaker said: “I don’t recall anything in the Love It Or List It rule book that says you can’t call in other experts to help – especially when that expert is Dennis. He’s family! I think Andrew’s feeling a bit threatened. Not surprising really, when you look at the amazing renovations in our brand new season. They’re easily the best yet, providing life-changing solutions for our homeowners across Australia.”

Australia’s favourite real estate makeover show, Foxtel Original series Selling Houses Australia returns for its 18th season with award-winning host and real estate guru Andrew Winter, interior design expert Wendy Moore and landscape designer Dennis Scott on Wednesday 4 March at 8.30 pm on Foxtel’s LifeStyle channel or on demand and available to stream on BINGE.

This year, host Andrew Winter, and designers Wendy Moore and Dennis Scott meet families weighed down by rising costs, crushed by bad timing, and overwhelmed by houses that no one wants to buy.

From seaside shacks and suburban family homes to overgrown acreages and modern builds gone wrong, every property is stuck for a different reason and every story carries higher stakes than ever before. There are unfinished dreams that never made it past the blueprint, homes bursting at the seams, dated designs, and sprawling spaces that buyers see as too much to handle. Some are tangled in red tape, others in clutter, but all are united by sellers who desperately need a lifeline.

For Andrew, Wendy and Dennis it is not just about renovation, it is about restoring hope. With tight budgets, clever design and plenty of grit, they will fight to turn unsellable properties into genuine second chances.

Season 18 also marks the 200th episode of Selling Houses Australia, where the team take on the extraordinary task of helping a young Australian family who face a heartbreaking decision. The stakes are monumental, and the incredible transformation is a reminder of why the show has resonated with audiences for nearly two decades.
