It is very disappointing that in this day and age, the 3pm blackout extends to all football matches not only played in the UK, but also across Europe, during the season. Worse still, there is no way to catch up on the full replay of the 3pm / 3.30pm matches afterwards. All you can find on the net and YouTube is extended highlights.

Matchups will feature teams from top-tier conferences like the SEC, ACC and Big 12. The College Football Playoff and national championship game are also part of the offering.
About 20 men’s and women’s basketball games a week will also stream, as well as 63 March Madness games across the men’s and women’s tournaments. including all of the Elite 8, Final 4 and national championships.
Markets included in the college rights deal include the UK, Ireland, Italy, DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland - football only), Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, the MENA region, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Bulgaria and the Philippines.

Every week through the NFL season, two Sunday evening games will be broadcast; the first at 6pm on 5 and the second at 9pm on 5ACTION – which will be branded as 5NFL for game nights. Both games will also be streamed live.
The broadcaster will also show the Super Bowl free-to-air in the UK. In addition, it will broadcast NFL London and Dublin international games, as well as Thanksgiving Day specials and three playoff games.
