One of the adverts says four of the celebrities are from Melbourne. Jackie Gillies now lives in Melbourne and I assume the AFL player is from Melbourne but I have no idea who the other two are.

I think it was from the time that Denise was co-host on Hey Hey It’s Saturday. It was widely speculated that they didn’t get on but I don’t think either of them have ever publicly acknowledged any “feud” and it was so many years ago now anyway I don’t know that anyone cares.
Denise is now in her 70s and certainly doesn’t need the money and she’s got grandkids and so on. I’ve never met her but I don’t know that she’d be bothered quite frankly.

They sure have, if I remember correctly it happened last year too to garner last minute interest in the show prior to the launch episode.

TVTonight has reported on it also based on the stories by the Fairfax / Newscorp journalists who are in South Africa as guests of Network Ten.

Edit: Ten Insider have a instagram story with up now with one of the contestants who has been confirmed as going on the show and posted a photo of another.
