Sometimes is so hard to load this site, it takes for ever. Sometimes on my wifi it won’t even load, I have to use my 5G. Anyone else having issues?

What device are you using? This sometimes happens to me on my iPhone, but it’s happened a lot less since the big threads were split up.

I’m not even in NSW, but it seems I’m now getting ads for Officeworks stores in places like Bathurst (in Central West NSW). The last one I got was for an Officeworks store in Fairy Meadow (a suburb of Wollongong). Anyone else outside of NSW also getting these ads here on MS?

For me the site is so slow, perhaps a sign more 10K+ threads need to be closed, archived and new ones opened to speed up the site to cope with the 10 News+/The Project final edition craze? (Paging @bacco007, @OnAir and @TelevisionAU…)
It’s slow tonight with the 10 News + promo.
We only have 2 active 10k threads now - one on supermarkets (??) and the other on listening to the radio signals from out of town and I doubt they’re killing the boards.

Do we have more posts each day (on average) than previously and/or more active members?

@OnAir Do you think it’s worth creating a “10 News relaunch” megathread? I’m wondering if the conversations could get quite duplicated between “10 News +” and “Content & Appearance” over the coming weeks.

My initial feeling is they are distinct enough - but members tend to rush (in excitement) and post things in the wrong thread or not check if there are two threads.

I agree with this - a central thread makes things easier to track rather than having to go back and forth.
