Is’nt this a lower price?
Was $49.50 for Black Friday. Probably be back there again for Boxing Day.
Hubbl’s main page has a “Best of 2024” that features the best shows of the year across all of the streaming services. For the last three days, when you choose Selling Houses Australia it links to a range of different shows, none of them include Selling Houses.
I’m thinking of taking my Hubbl back. The unit works OK but no one seems to care about quality control in the back end. Sigh.
Hubbl Glass is back on sale at HN - 55" $591 ($804 off), 65" $691 ($904 off)
of course, keep in mind the sale to DAZN and the uncertain nature of everything but i’m happy with both my Hubbl Glass TV’s
I wonder if Hubbl is going to have the same demise as TiVo with all that’s going on.
If DAZN spell the end for Foxtel then I can also see Hubbl being killed off.
if they do, i just hope they run a final firmware update to the Hubl glass to remove the interface
Not a chance. This is why I will never buy into these types of devices. Terrible company, just like Telstra with their Telstra TV being bricked.
You’ll be forced to use HDMI to connect another device such as Google TV / Nvidia Shield.
Just buy one to begin with. There is no real advantage with Hubbl. Especially considering they need to reduce the price so significantly in order to sell them at least for the glass. Over priced rubbish.
Agree 100%
When mine becomes obsolete or will make a great door stopper
Anyway the doom and gloom is not here.
We don’t know what will happen.
It is egregious that the EPG still shows SBS Sydney for Qld postcodes, therefore the EPG doesn’t match the content when it’s Daylight Savings. Have any bugs been fixed? Why is 9Now still asking for a log in every 24 hours?
SBS only streams it’s NSW feed.
10Play is doing this to me. It’s getting very annoying, fix it Hubbl!
I’m connected via antenna in an effort to get around this. So I’m receiving SBS Qld but getting SBS Sydney EPG.
I also moved cities and even though I’ve factory reset the EPG still shows me the local channels of the old city.
Yeah my Hubble still showing Melbourne guide when I took it to Melbourne with me in December.
Now that I am moving to Melbourne in March I am going to leave it behind and hook the antenna cable to it so mum can use it, will keep my subscriptions to Binge and Disney plus as she uses those as do I.
It’s the one thing that shits me about the Hubble box, these minor issues should have been sorted out through over the net updates. But you are basically have to fight with it to get it to show your local channel epg. And as evident here even a hard reset doesn’t even fix it.
Sky UK announced new edition of Sky Glass overnight - doubt we’ll see it here given the overwhelming success of the Hubbl TV
Hubbl who?
Seems all these customers really loved their devices, so much that they donated them to Cash Converters lol
I have 3 in my house - all picked up at discount. would i pay $1400 for the 55"? Hell no,. but at $600? yeah i would. they are a decent TV at that price with good sound. and if your already in the streamotion ecosystem its actully pretty good.
the issue is that they were selling them for way too high though limited sales channels.
I just don’t see what real value Hubbl Glass offers in a fairly crowded market.
The interface is reasonable but very much tied to the operation of the Hubbl service
