House Rules

I saw “Kimi & Rhi” on the M2 Motorway today.

^ and from a video and photos posted on Facebook yesterday.

Lenore and Bradley.
Laith and George.
Kayne and Aimee.
Tamara and Rhys.
Susan and Anthony.

They are currently in Oakhurst in north west Sydney. Someone on Facebook claims this is the house. If it is, the development application to Blacktown Council states the renovation cost is just over $109,000.

The show has change of broadcaster in New Zealand.

Season 6 winner Toad and Mandy’s house in south east NSW has been under threat from bushfires nearby over the past week, but the house and the family are safe for now.

This is reportedly the house in Bedford in suburban Perth where the renovation was starting today.

The My Kitchen Rules debacle has me fearing that Seven will change House Rules too much and destroy it. They will lose me as a viewer if they stuff it.

With House Rules now apparently including the renovation of a penthouse (ala The Block), which makes me think they want the show to be like The Block in many aspects, unfortunately your fears are probably going to come to fruition.

We’re probably going to see bitching and acrag fights become a common feature on House Rules this year if they do go down that Block pathway.

New teams cars spotted in Perth earlier this month, on a car transporter. Obviously the car transporter carries the SUVs from state to state for each renovation.

Teams identified include Lenore and Bradley, Carly and Andrew, Kimmy and Rhi, and Tamara and Rhys.

Looks like we’ll also see a slightly tweaked primary logo too.

Good grief that’s ugly.

Is this going to go up against The Block?

Should be starting after Easter so it will probably go up against The Voice and Lego Masters. Ninja Warriors and The Block would be later I’d say since filming is happening after those.

Are viewers supposed to know who she is? Never heard of her.

It’s a short road joining what would have been two cul-de-sacs in Glenhaven.
