Geez, I remember watching this. I was on holidays in Melbourne at the time.
In regards to the NSW Bushfires during January of 1994, were there any rolling coverage from ABC, Seven or Nine? If so, was it ran nationally or only across NSW/ACT? I know that, exactly 17 years later (January of 2011), the QLD Floods had national TV rolling coverage (Local Time) and on Youtube there is plenty of Nine and 10 Coverage of the Fires than ABC (There was an entire episode of Four Corners were dedicated to the fires) and Seven.
