That’s the first time I’ve seen all blue Seven promo enders instead of a mix of colours. Unless Prime made them?

I’d probably say that the dark blue promo endtags were produced by Prime…and likely replaced the Seven promo endtags after the “7 on Prime/GWN” branding phase ended.
