JJJ’s ratings slide is something to behold yet again. In 25-39, the station slid 9.3 points as Hot Tomato gained 6.1 and Nova 5.7.
80% crashes in ABCNR’s 40-54 and ABCC’s 65+ as well.
That’s a huge result for Hot Tomato to lift by 5.8 to over 20% share in such a crowded market. Not a bad increase for Triple M as well. Interesting to see Nova the best of the out of market stations with a fairly healthy 3.2.
I almost feel sorry for Sea FM… Almost.
Such a lot of competition in the hit music / youth space. Not only Brisbane overspill but strong community stations with the likes of Juice and Metro.
Hot Tomato correcting from an uncharacteristically bad book last year.
Looks a bit foolish to have shifted the music on Triple M now - afternoons and mornings all with big jumps.
