Doesn’t have quite the same ring to it but a good show none the less - glad it’s back.

Could NRL Try Time with Lara Pitt be the weekly highlights show for international networks?

New score graphic and placement.
Looks a bit bland.
And I don’t like the time remaining though… I prefer time elapsed.

Can’t say I’m a fan either. Didn’t like last year’s either but at least they had it placed in the right area of the screen.

Yeah hate countdown timers. Ch9 has the better set up on screen. Plus don’t like Scoreboard in high corner.

So this year Fox is taking Nine’s pictures only, without graphics.

At least FOX will have consistent graphics across all of its games now, even if they are inferior to Nine’s.

Who’s this Matt Nable guy calling the league? He’s woeful. Clearly hasn’t got any experience and just sounds so unprofessional.

Probably time to remove the 3rd tackle graphic.

I was really looking forward to hearing Matt Nable, but unfortunately, he wasn’t very good. He’ll improve over time, but right now, woeful.

Have to agree. i hope you listened to ABC’s call instead.

The Sunday Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield says Fox Sports has re-signed Lara Pitt and Braith Anasta for two and five more years respectively.

Nable got better as the game went on but his calling style is something that needs to be worked on. However, want to hear him call a few more games before making a judgement about whether I like him as a commentator or not

I’m not sure why they didn’t put him through the systems calling lower grades

i don’t think his a full time commentator

Gee, that SOU text for the Rabbitohs is hard to read!

They may have been better off reversing the red and green colours
