A lot of FAST channels are made available to different streaming services by the distributor, there is duplication in some channels between 10 play, 7+ and as you mention Samsung TV Plus.
Wicked Tuna, Nature Time, Haunt TV, Movie Sphere are all examples of channels that are duplicated in multiple places.

ABC getting into the FAST channel area
In a groundbreaking move for global sports broadcasting, Tennis Australia has launched Tennis+, a 24/7 free ad-supported streaming (FAST) channel on Samsung TV Plus.
Steve Jacobs has joined LeadStory. He will now head-up the company’s native advertising travel offering, acting as both reporter and co-producer on news-led travel stories with both domestic and international tourism, hospitality and travel brands.

The Big Kids FAST channel appears to be a straight simulcast of ABC Entertains from 5-11am according to the iview app.
Wasn’t the point of the FAST channel to keep Entertains & kids programming separate. Somehow.
Just rebrand the FAST channel to ABC Me and air all the kids stuff on it.
