Any reason why its not 7flix Bendigo?
State feed? I think 7 Qld also do this for 7flix.
I prefer SCA and WIN’s channel names where just the primaries get a location name. Much cleaner

Are the location names even neccessary though?

I like the location names. I like to know which feed I’m seeing when travelling to a locality that might be in an overlap area eg. Daylesford VIC which gets both Ballarat and Bendigo.

On the Central Coast, Prime channels have also dropped Prime branding from the LCN names. Whilst Sydney is also retransmitted there, they use “Sydney” in their LCN names which reduces confusion, which is different to the Gold Coast with it’s Brisbane channels.
I also note that the “Network Name” is still PRIME though.

Prime in Gippsland have changed the location in their channel names from “Traralgon” to “Gippsland”.
This brings them into line with WIN and SCA which have always been listed as “Gippsland” although WIN was briefly “Latrobe Valley” when digital broadcasts first started.

Imparja is the only network now with independent branding. It is sad to see all the independent brands disappear in favour of the ones from metropolitan areas.
The same is happening with news brands, and regional networks taking up the metropolitan look. SCA10 uses 10 News First branding and 7QLD/PRIME/GWN using “7 News”. The good thing is there is more regional names in news services, with WIN and NBN keeping their original brands.
Speaking of NBN, they however use their own name with the metro look, just like Prime7 and GWN7 did prior to yesterday. SCA7 Tasmania uses the 2016-2020 look, and Spencer Gulf uses the 2013-2016 one. WIN however use a completely different look to Nine.

It’s always been an interesting market on the Gold Coast, even more so with the Prime branding now dropped and the naming convention between 6/6x and 7/7x LCNs looking identical. Similar again with Nine and NBN LCNs on 8/8x and 9/9x too.
How much longer will Nine and Seven continue with running duplicate services onto the Gold Coast like this?

When they are both the same they would be better off changing the 7 LCN range to a Brisbane feed of Seven and have the 6 LCN left to Gold Coast based Seven
