Is there any word on when this will air? It seems like it might now be earlier in the year.

My one problem with Drag Race is how they overkill it with too many seasons so close together (and overlapping). Currently both the US and UK versions are airing and we know that another US All Stars has been filmed which will likely start straight after the current US season. Plus now the Aussie one is coming. Last year they also did a range of celeb specials.

I’m keen for the Aussie season but would rather it not be on at the same time as either of the US seasons. I don’t watch UK Drag Race for that reason as one season at a time is enough.

Yeah, I’m hoping they hold off until at least All Stars has finished airing. Ideally till after Canada has finished airing (if that is still going ahead). It seems they are pushing it now though, so must be airing soon.

You’re missing out. IMHO UK drag race is wayyyy better than the US one this year.

This US season has been dragging on way too long. It took weeks to eliminate someone and there was a non-elim ep recently too. I don’t find this cast that exciting either.

I’m bored with the US season this year. Not a fan what’s so ever.

I’m really liking this years UK season compared to the first season last year. Normally second seasons can’t match the first but not this time. So much better than the first.

I love gottmik and Simone though. Rest of the season is a bit meh.

That is controversial. That is like saying I find it difficult to comprehend how a woman can work in construction… Seriously.

There are bio-queens out there. They are cis women dressed as a drag queen. Drag is no longer based on gender.

So we’re not allowed to post our opinions anymore?

Hasn’t it always been a rule that you aren’t to comment on people’s appearances?

You don’t get to insult somebody’s physical appearance just because that’s your opinion.

Series will also premiere on the same day on TVNZ 2 / TVNZ OnDemand.

So looks like they will go straight into it when the US season ends. Hopefully there’s a bit of a break before the next All Stars and they don’t all overlap.
